Demo & Product Engineer

We are looking for a Demo&Product Engineer for our client in the construction machinery sector, for whom we provide consulting services.

Job Description:

• Conduct machine demonstrations (excavators, loaders, dump trucks, etc.) for dealers and end customers
• Operate construction machinery proficiently to showcase product features, strengths, and performance
• Customize demonstration scenarios according to customer needs and site conditions
• Support the sales team during customer visits, test drives, and job site evaluations
• Provide basic machine operation and maintenance training to dealers and customers
• Collect customer feedback and machine performance data under local working conditions
• Participate in field tests, adaptation projects, and validation of localized product configurations
• Communicate technical issues and improvement suggestions to HQ product and R&D teams
• Deliver training sessions for operators and service technicians
• Support the localization of technical documentation, manuals, and product bulletins
• Maintain demo machines and coordinate logistics for events, demonstrations, and field tests

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in construction machinery operation, service, or product engineering
• Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining construction equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, and basic electrical diagnostics.
• Proficiency in Turkish and working knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and site visits
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
