Riphah International University is seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate for the position of Demonstrator - Basic Sciences. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the educational experience of students by planning and delivering comprehensive demonstrations of laboratory and practical work. The Demonstrator will be responsible for assessing student performance through class tests, quizzes, and tutorials. The role requires a proactive approach to education, where the candidate not only formulates internal evaluations at the end of the academic session but also supports the Head of Department in daily management activities. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging demonstrations of lab and practical work to enhance student understanding.
• Develop, administer, and evaluate class tests, quizzes, and tutorials to assess student knowledge and skills.
• Assist in the management of departmental resources and inventory, ensuring materials are available for practical sessions.
• Formulate an internal evaluation framework at the end of each academic session to assess student learning outcomes.
• Support the conduction of annual examinations, including preparation and coordination of exam materials.
• Assist the Head of Department in daily management tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Provide guidance and support to students during practical sessions to promote a hands-on learning experience.
• Engage with students to foster a welcoming and inclusive educational environment.
