Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Demonstrator - Basic Sciences with at least two years of experience to join its academic team. The Demonstrator works closely with faculty and the Head of Department to support departmental operations through resource management, exam preparation, and implementation of evaluation frameworks. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and informative practical demonstrations in anatomy, physiology, microscopy, and related basic sciences to facilitate student learning.
• Create, administer, and evaluate tests, quizzes, and tutorials that effectively measure students academic progress and comprehension.
• Assist in managing departmental resources by controlling inventory and ensuring all necessary materials are available for practical sessions.
• Develop and implement an internal evaluation framework at the end of each academic session to accurately assess and document student learning outcomes.
• Support the organization and execution of annual examinations by preparing exam materials, coordinating logistics, and maintaining adherence to established procedures.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department to support daily departmental management tasks that contribute to smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide personalized guidance and assistance during practical sessions to encourage hands-on learning and deepen students understanding of scientific principles.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment by engaging with students, addressing their concerns, and promoting active participation.
