We are a premium Dental & Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai offering world-class cosmetic dentistry and non-surgical dermatology services. We are seeking a results-driven Clinic Administrator with proven expertise in patient conversions, CRM management, and exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate has UAE clinic experience, thrives in a target-driven environment, and can deliver a VIP patient journey from first inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert patient leads (phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) into confirmed dental and aesthetic treatments.
• Manage and update CRM software for lead tracking, follow-ups, and patient communication.
• Provide clear, confident patient education on treatment options, procedures, and aftercare.
• Maintain exceptional patient experiences that drive loyalty and referrals.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, billing, and UAE health insurance processing.
• Monitor KPIs for conversion rate, patient retention, and revenue growth.
• Support clinic marketing campaigns with data-driven insights from patient interactions.
• Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in dental and/or aesthetic clinic administration in the UAE.
• Proven record of high conversion rates for treatment bookings.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and patient lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, DHA standards, and insurance procedures.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-end clinic environment.
