Dental Assistant

We are a fee for service private practice located in Devon, PA. We specialize in Prosthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. We are looking for the right person to join our incredible team. We recently acquired this practice and this position would allow the assistant to help us get the rooms and supplies organized and make it your own! We are looking for someone that has a strong work ethic, loves people and wants to participate in providing high quality care to our patients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Devon, PA. We are open Monday-Thursday. As a Dental Assistant, you will support the dental practice in providing high-quality patient care. Daily tasks include preparing exam rooms, sterilizing instruments, assisting the dentist during restorative and surgical procedures, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. You will also interact with patients, and maintain accurate patient records to ensure seamless operations within the clinic.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care knowledge to assist during procedures and provide patient education

Thorough understanding of Sterilization techniques and maintaining a hygienic work environment

Experience in Dental Assisting, including preparing procedures and patient care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a comfortable patient experience

Organizational skills to manage patient records and clinic schedules efficiently

Certification or relevant training in dental assisting; current state licensure or registration is preferred

Prior experience in a dental or clinical setting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.21 - $30.00 per hour
