Dental Assistant

Dental Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare the work area for procedures
• Take x-rays (full mouth and panoramic)
• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
• Take dental impressions
• Scanning
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op procedure care
• Restock and monitor inventory

Dental Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental assisting experienceProphylaxis/Dental Sealant Certification preferred

Current BLS and CPR certification preferred
Excellent understanding of dental procedures
Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and professionality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
