Experienced Orthodontic Assistant – Startup Practice in Clarkston, MI

SmileCrew Orthodontics is opening a brand-new orthodontic office in Clarkston! We’re seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our startup team. This position is one day a week to start, with opportunities for growth as the practice expands. Experience is essential — we need someone who can hit the ground running and support a new office launch.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the orthodontist with procedures, including braces and appliance placement
• Take x-rays, impressions, and intraoral scans
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms
• Support patient comfort and education during appointments
• Help maintain smooth office flow and efficient scheduling
