I am the owner of a busy multi-specialty practice in need of pediatric team members. You must love kids to be successful in this job. Applicants to this position must value ambition over entitlement. If you are ambitious, I will do everything in my power to help you reach your goals. I don’t give two thoughts about your politics, religion, who you love, how you love, your ink, piercings, or any other personal choices. As long as you are open to other peoples lifestyles and want to work, we will get along great. We strive for a life devoid of gossip and drama and would like to keep it that way. We embrace The Four Agreements philosophy in this practice.

No lie. Kids are challenging. I can be demanding and impulsive. But if you are exceptional and loyal, I will literally do anything for you. I believe there is no limit to how much a person can love and that my work family is an extension of my actual family.

How much does this job pay? The million dollar question. I pay based on value. How much are you worth? Can I live without you? If you make me think I can’t, I will pay whatever it takes to keep you. So really it is up to you.
