Duties

• Assist endodontists during various procedures with precision and confidence
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
• Take and develop dental X-rays and 3D scans while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy
• Manage patient flow by greeting patients, and updating medical records
• Operate electronic health record (EHR) systems such as PBS for accurate documentation of medical history, dental terminology, and treatment plans
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure the clinic meets all OSHA standards for safety and cleanliness

Experience

• Proven experience working in a dental clinic environment with familiarity in dental assisting duties
• Knowledge of EMR systems like Epic or Dentrix to efficiently manage medical records and documentation
• Hands-on experience with X-ray procedures, chairside assisting, and four-handed dentistry techniques
• Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques
• Ability to operate dental imaging equipment including 3D scanners and medical imaging devices
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members including dental receptionists and hygienists

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
