Key Responsibilities

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both our patients and clinical team. Responsibilities include:

• Providing chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring patient comfort
• Taking and processing digital X-rays
• Cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing instruments in accordance with infection control standards post-treatment instructions
• Scheduling appointments and assisting front desk operations when needed
• Maintaining and ensuring HIPAA compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Dental Assistant experience preferred
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor with a strong patient-first mindset
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with digital dental technology and electronic records
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
