CHAIRSIDE DENTAL ASSISTANT

Our philosophy is to help our patients attain optimal dental health and in doing so, live healthier lives. By nature, we are fairly conservative which means that we don't recommend unnecessary treatment to patients, but we don't hesitate in recommending treatment that will make a patient healthier. We practice "Golden Rule" dentistry which means our goal is always do for a patient what we would expect to be done for ourselves and our families. We enjoy developing long-term relationships with both our team and our patients. Our focus is not on a "quick fix" but rather on helping someone obtain and maintain health.X-RAY CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Requirements :We are seeking to add to our team the role of DENTAL ASSISTANT. Your role would include (but not limited to) the following:-

All chair side clinical assisting functions.-

Meeting and Greeting patients in a cheerful and professional manner that comforts and encourages patients to come to our practice.-

Explaining to the patients what their condition is and what their treatment options are.-

Use our computer system for various Patient Treatment tasks (we use Eaglesoft dental software), use Microsoft Office Suite, Internet.-

Be an advocate for the patient to help them get what they want.-

Communicate effectively with our patients and our team.-Being cross-trained in other aspects of the dental practice-Help in Practice Marketing.

We attend continuing education programs for both clinical training and business development throughout the country. There will be a base compensation PLUS bonuses and incentives and benefits.
