Job Title: Entry-Level Dental Assistant / Sterilization Technician (Willing to Train!)

Job Type: Part-Time (Tuesdays & Wednesdays) Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour – with clear opportunities for performance-based raises! Location: 2530 N Milwaukee Ave Chicago IL 60647

About the Role: Are you looking to break into the dental field but don't have much experience? We are looking for a highly motivated, resilient, and eager-to-learn individual to join our growing dental practice!

We don't need you to be a seasoned expert; we need you to have the drive to become one. You will start by mastering the foundational role of a Sterilization Technician. As you learn the ropes and prove your potential, you will be given more exposure, training, and responsibilities as a Dental Assistant.

This role is a journey. It will take time, dedication, and resilience, and it won't always be easy. But if you are willing to put in the work, we are fully committed to training you, increasing your compensation as your skills grow, and eventually building you into a core, long-term member of our team.

How You Will Grow With Us:

• Phase 1 (Starting Out): Focus heavily on sterilization, turning over rooms, and keeping the clinic running smoothly as a Sterilization Tech.
• Phase 2 (Expanding Skills): Shadow our experienced team, learn dental terminology, and begin assisting with basic procedures.
• Phase 3 (Core Team Member): Take on full Dental Assistant responsibilities. As the office gets busier and your skills expand, your hours and compensation will increase accordingly.

• Wednesdays: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
