Dental Assistant

We are a successful, established practice looking to add an accomplished office team member. Our goal is to provide patients with the best oral health care possible and provide a great dental experience in the office.

We are seeking a Full time or Part time EXPERIENCED dental assistants. The right person will be warm and engaging and think patient care first. Drama free environment! Candidates MUST have at least 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred. The right candidate will understand dental terminology, as well as be proficient at dental care in clinical settings.

Key Requirements:

- Integrity and honesty. Team player.

- At least 2 years of experience working in a Dental office.

- Bilingual preferred.

- Computer literacy; a high level of expertise with Eaglesoft and Dentrix.

- Great patient interaction - you are the patient's first impression.

- Friendly, self confident, smile easily.

- Positive, upbeat phone voice.

- Able to maintain composure, empathize with and support patients in challenging situations. Able to focus on the appropriate treatment solution for the patient.

- Appreciation of excellent dentistry and the skill and dedication it takes to deliver it.

- High level knowledge of dentistry.

- Intelligent and a willing learner.

- Willing to take initiative.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Able to accept and employ constructive feedback. Also willing to suggest improvements and new ideas.

- Open-mindedness; no ego when it comes to being taught or taking directions from the doctor or the other team members.

- Cooperative, able to work well with others.

- Desire to grow professionally and personally while serving our patient population.
