Dental Assistant

Millenium Dental and Central Square is hiring skilled Dental Assistants ready to step into a pivotal role on a collaborative clinical team. This is more than a chairside role — we’re seeking team players who document efficiently, support doctors proactively, and want to build a long-term home in dentistry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting for general and specialty procedures
• Taking high-quality x-rays
• Accurate documentation of existing conditions and procedures
• 3D scanning (iTero or similar) and knowledge of lab workflows preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $35/hour based on experience and skills
• Training in advanced workflows and lab processes
• Full-time, 4-day workweek
• Opportunity for Saturdays if desired
• Career track into expanded roles (lab coordination, scanning, digital workflows)

Ideal Candidate:

• Has x-ray certification and 1+ years chairside experience (or equivalent training)
• Experience with digital workflows is a plus
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice
