Dental Assistant – New Patient & Hygiene Coordinator (4 Day Week)
X-Ray Certification Required

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys both assisting and patient interaction to join our team in a unique hybrid role supporting new patients and hygiene flow.

This position is perfect for an assistant who likes variety in their day — helping coordinate the patient experience while also assisting the doctor during new patient exams, emergencies, and same-day treatment.

Schedule (Consistent 4-Day Work Week)

Monday & Thursday: 7:00am–3:00pm (no lunch)
Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
No Fridays. No weekends.

What the Role Looks Like

• Welcome and prepare new patients for their first visit
• Take diagnostic x-rays and chart findings for doctor exams
• Assist the doctor during emergency visits and same-day treatment
• Coordinate hygiene and new patient scheduling
• Help maintain smooth patient flow between the front desk and clinical team
• Provide general front desk support when needed
• Help verify patient insurance benefits and support scheduling coordination
• Support a positive and organized patient experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience required
• X-ray certification required
