$17.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience

We are a growing dental practice in Indianapolis looking for a dependable, efficient, and team-oriented Dental Assistant who wants to grow with our office long term.

This role is best suited for someone with previous dental assisting experience who understands how to support the doctor, keep patient flow moving, and help maintain a strong clinical environment.

Spanish speaking is a strong plus.
We serve a diverse patient community, and bilingual candidates will be given strong preference.

We are looking for someone who is professional, coachable, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced office. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants stability, support, and room to grow with a trusted dental office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Seat and prepare patients for treatment
• Take dental X-rays if qualified
• Chart treatment and update patient records
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized operatories
• Support smooth patient flow throughout the day
• Assist with patient education before and after treatment
• Follow office systems and clinical protocols

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Spanish speaking is a strong plus
• X-ray certification is a plus
• EFDA experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Team-first mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow with the practice
