Dental Consultant – (International Patients) - Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Consultant to join our team to provide online dental consultations to international patients. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of orthodontic treatments, especially clear aligners. Fresh dental graduates with strong communication skills and interest in virtual consultations are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual dental consultations with foreign patients via video calls

- Assess patient dental needs using clinical photos and X-rays

- Recommend treatment options with a focus on clear aligner therapy

- Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients from diverse backgrounds

- Coordinate with internal customer care teams

- Educate patients about dental hygiene, treatment expectations, and follow-up care

- Maintain accurate patient records and consultation notes

Requirements:

- BDS or equivalent degree (valid dental license preferred)

- Strong interest in orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry

- Prior experience in clear aligners (Invisalign, ClearCorrect, etc.) is highly desirable

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Comfortable working with international clients and in different time zones

- Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM, video consultation tools, and digital platforms

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they are confident and have good communication skills

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
