Dental Front Desk Office Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Office Coordinator to join our modern dental office located in Robinson Township. This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for patients and referring doctors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, willingness to learn, positive attitude, and demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy.

Previous dental front desk office coordinator experience is highly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

We are open Monday through Thursday and will be treating patients from 7:30am to 3:30pm. No evenings, weekends, or holidays. Benefit package provided and pay is based on experience.

Duties

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette at all times.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office, coordinating with team members as necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records using our designated software.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and functional.
  • Support team members with personal assistant tasks as needed to enhance overall productivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
  • Responsible for all billing, issuing refunds, communication with patients and insurance companies
  • Assist in any area that is needed within the office

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a dental front desk office coordinator is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in computer literacy
  • Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in phone etiquette and client interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
