Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Friendly Face Needed: Front Desk Receptionist. Does building relationships with patients and creating a calming, compassionate environment bring you joy? Then we are the right place for you!

We are a busy dental office looking for someone who will care about our amazing patients as much as we do.

Dental or Medical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right, motivated candidate.

Work schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Must be available to work some evenings.

Key Qualities and task include:

• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• An upbeat, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to multitask between checking in patients and answering phones.
• Managing digital patient flow and scheduling.
• Utilizing modern PMS and communication software.
• Checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments, and answering phones
• Data entry
• Collecting payments

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
