We are a new private dental practice in Alafaya that has been open since October 2025. We are currently a small team that is looking to expand!

Our Mission is to be a pillar within the community providing high quality dental care and education. A practice that is driven by clinical excellence, systematic workflow, in-office fun, and improvement in our patients’ health.

We are currently open 8-5 M, T, W, F - we are closed on Thursdays

Duties

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to maintain optimal oral health.
• Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions to inform treatment plans.
• Assist with chairside procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and ensuring aseptic techniques are strictly followed.
• Take and develop medical imaging such as X-rays, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols are adhered to.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote lifelong dental health.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. (We use Curve)
• Support infection control protocols by sterilizing equipment, managing dental supplies, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current credentials to practice in a clinical setting.
• Proven experience in general dentistry and pediatric dentistry environments, with familiarity in pediatric dentistry preferred.
• Proficiency in dental terminology, medical coding, and documentation review to ensure precise recordkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, infection control procedures, and aseptic techniques.
• Experience with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for efficient patient documentation.
• Ability to perform four-handed dentistry techniques for efficient workflow during patient care.
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs quickly and effectively. Join us in creating healthier smiles! Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
