What We’re Looking For

• Experience in dental insurance, including verification, claims processing/reprocessing, and answering patient questions clearly and courteously
• Knowledge of in-house dental savings plans, CareCredit, and similar programs
• Comfort presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients
• Ability to organize and manage patient payment schedules effectively
• Familiarity with Dentrix or willingness to learn
