Job Purpose:
The Dental Nurse at plays a pivotal role in ensuring the clinic's smooth daily operations by supporting dentists, maintaining high standards of patient care, and contributing to a positive work environment. We are looking for a highly proactive, self-driven individual who takes ownership of their responsibilities and consistently demonstrates leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Support:
- Assist dentists during dental procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and ensuring infection control protocols are strictly followed.
- Maintain a sterile and clean environment in the treatment rooms before, during, and after procedures.
- Take responsibility for patient care, ensuring patients are comfortable, informed, and well cared for before, during, and after treatments.
- Manage dental records, ensuring accurate documentation of patient information and treatment details.
Proactive Patient Care:
- Identify ways to enhance the patient experience by taking proactive steps to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing reassurance and guidance where necessary.
- Anticipate patient needs and prepare for treatments without waiting for instructions.
- Conduct follow-up calls to patients following treatments to ensure their recovery is on track and address any concerns they may have.
Leadership and Initiative:
- Take initiative to solve problems and address clinic needs without waiting to be directed.
- Assist in training new staff members and act as a mentor to junior staff when needed.
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Actively participate in team meetings to provide feedback and suggest improvements to clinic procedures and patient care protocols.
Inventory and Equipment Management:
- Take ownership of inventory control, ensuring that all dental materials, instruments, and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.
- Identify and report any equipment issues promptly to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Take initiative to order supplies and ensure the clinic is fully equipped to meet patient demands.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure the clinic complies with DHA regulations and all health and safety guidelines.
- Manage the sterilization process and maintain infection control practices in accordance with UAE healthcare standards.
- Handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.

Qualifications and Experience:
- DHA license or eligibility to work as a Dental Nurse in Dubai.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols and dental procedures.
- Basic IT skills to manage patient records and clinic systems.
- BLS certified
- ACLS certified

- Patient satisfaction scores
- Number of proactive improvements suggested and implemented
- Accuracy and completeness of patient records
- Inventory management effectiveness
- Compliance with DHA regulations
- Number of follow-up calls completed and patient feedback from those interactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
