We are a well-established, growing dental practice in Los Angeles seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead operations, manage the team, and drive practice performance.

This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, improves systems, and is focused on results—not just maintaining daily operations.

We are looking to hire quickly and begin interviews immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the dental office
  • Manage and support front desk and clinical team
  • Optimize schedule to maximize production and efficiency
  • Monitor and improve key metrics (production, collections, case acceptance, cancellations)
  • Oversee insurance billing, AR, and treatment coordination
  • Ensure excellent patient experience and handle issues professionally
  • Improve systems, workflows, and team accountability
  • Manage hiring and onboarding (especially dental assistants)

Requirements

  • 3+ years dental office management experience
  • Strong understanding of PPO insurance, billing, and treatment planning
  • Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar
  • Proven ability to lead a team and improve performance
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven

Compensation

  • $75,000 – $95,000 per year
  • Performance-based bonus tied to office growth, collections, and team performance

Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Tuesday – Friday, Saturday

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a manager who can independently run the day-to-day operations of the practice without constant oversight.

The ideal candidate:

  • Takes full ownership of the office
  • Can identify and solve problems without needing direction
  • Keeps the schedule full and operations running smoothly
  • Holds the team accountable and ensures consistency
  • Communicates clearly and proactively with ownership

This role is ideal for someone who prefers autonomy and takes pride in running an office efficiently without needing constant direction.
