Join our dynamic dental team as our Dental Front Desk Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator at Destination Dental in Parrish, FL. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our practice and play a key role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care from their first interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in our reception area
• Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal utilization of our dentists' time
• Coordinate treatment plans and appointments, explaining procedures and addressing patient questions
• Act as a liaison between patients and dentist, ensuring clear communication and understanding
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate patient records, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception and waiting area

Requirements:

• Applicant must have prior experience in dental receiptionist or treatment coordinator role
• Dental experience is preferred and candidates without dental experience may not be selected for role
• No recent high school graduates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction
• Must have proficient Windows Desktop computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Empathetic and positive attitude, with the ability to remain composed under pressure
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a valuable asset
