We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, keeping the schedule running smoothly, and being the welcoming face of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Verify insurance and review treatment estimates
• Collect payments and manage patient accounts
• Maintain an organized and productive schedule
• Communicate clearly with doctors, hygienists, and assistants
• Help ensure every patient has a great experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Dental front desk experience preferred
• Experience with dental software (Open Dental is a plus)
• Insurance verification knowledge
• Strong phone and customer service skills
