We’re looking for a dedicated Treatment Coordinator who thrives on building patient trust, communicating clearly, and supporting an efficient, team-oriented practice.

What You'll Be Doing

• Presenting and reviewing treatment plans in a clear, caring, and confident manner
• Helping patients understand their treatment options, timelines, and financial responsibilities
• Coordinating appointments to support an efficient daily schedule
• Assisting with insurance verification and financial arrangements
• Accurately maintaining treatment documentation and follow-up records
• Following up with patients to ensure treatment acceptance and completion
• Supporting front office duties while maintaining a positive, professional environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to explain dental procedures and financial terms with clarity and empathy
• Prior dental office experience is preferred
• Must be available to work on Saturdays
