Your Role as Clinical Team Support
In this role, you will support daily clinical operations by coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinicians.
Responsibilities include:

Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans

Coordinating clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage
-
Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs

Answering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operations
-
Tracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processes
-
Maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMR
-
Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office role)
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour

Qualifications
-
High school diploma (required)
-
Prior home health scheduling experience (required)

Experience in home health administration (preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
