This position requires a dynamic individual who is skilled in chairside assistance, dental radiography, and patient management. The DSA ensures that all instruments are meticulously prepared and maintained, promotes strict adherence to infection control protocols, and prioritizes patient comfort during treatments. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires collaborative work with dentists and other dental staff, contributing to the overall success of the department by delivering high-quality dental care to patients.
Responsibilities

Prepare the dental chair and surgical area to meet the requirements for various dental procedures.

Welcome and orient patients to the treatment process, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.

Assist the dentist by handing over instruments, materials, and other necessary items during procedures.

Mix and prepare dental materials such as cements, fillings, and impression materials with precision.

Maintain a sterile working environment by adhering to strict sterilization and infection control protocols before, during, and after each procedure.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma/Certification in Dental Surgery Assisting.
