Dental Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Spanish/English and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant dental team! Duties

• Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional front desk support, including appointment scheduling and patient check-in
• Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification processes .
• Explain treatment plans clearly to patients, review documentation, and assist with financial arrangements and payment option
• Manage medical billing and coding tasks utilizing CPT, ICD-9/10 codes, and ensure accurate documentation review in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in a dental office or medical clinic environment with strong knowledge of dental terminology and medical coding practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
