Position Overview:
The Dentist Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified dentists and dental specialists. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and maintaining relationships with dental schools, professional networks, and candidates.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified dental professionals
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, dental associations, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Build relationships with dental schools and attend career fairs and industry events to engage with potential candidates
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Negotiate compensation packages and assist with credentialing and licensure documentation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices in the dental field

5+ years of recruiting experience in the dental industry
- Familiarity with dental industry roles, licensure requirements, and terminology
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines

Experience recruiting dentists, dental hygienists, or dental assistants
- Existing network within the dental industry
- Knowledge of dental licensure processes and credentialing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment
