Depot Manager

Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring a Depot Manager for Nawab shah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery plan execution and approve expenses as per SOPs.
• Ensure timely and accurate credit recovery.
• Oversee full cash recovery and daily deposits.
• Maintain staff attendance records.
• Ensure warehouse stock as per SOPs.
• Monitor vehicle & generator log books daily.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle policy and fleet management.
• Monitor suspense file and resolve issues.
• Conduct monthly meetings and share minutes with HO.
• Address operational risks with timely solutions.
• Track and control annual expense budget.
• Maintain sales returns within targets (3% local, 5% upcountry).

Education: Graduate or D-Pharm with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
