Main Responsibilities:
- Delivery of construction projects in compliance with the approved construction schedule.

Creating plans of action for the contractors and keeping a close eye on cost control.

Executing Work as per drawings, specifications, Appendixes, and with utmost health and safety perimeters.

Overseeing any Hurdle, risks, and obstacles that may halt the progress of work.

Facilitating Contractor, Acquiring Clarity on RFI's, Process of work, and achieving key milestones including Full filling all the 6. Monthly Billing requisites for further and timely proceedings.

Timely demanding, acquiring, and delivering of materials from the Employer, along with managing the Site.

Ensuring Quality of Work and better workmanship, and adequate manpower, including utilization of material as per permissible limits.

Monitoring and Timely updates on the progress of work to management.

Managing coordination between Head office and Site.

Inspiring and motivating the construction team to work effectively and meet project deadlines.

Efficiently managing time and resources to ensure smooth project execution.

Preparing clear and concise reports, emails, and documentation is essential for project management.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering

7 to 12 years of experience in construction field including grey, MEP and finishing of high-rise buildings, shopping malls, 5-star hotels etc.
