Deputy Executive Officer – HSE

Position based in JAFZA, Dubai. Deputy Executive Officer – HSE to lead and strengthen Lead the development and implementation of integrated HSE management systems across operations. Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and internal audits to identify potential safety and environmental risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Develop HSE policies, procedures, and training programs to promote awareness, accountability, and a proactive safety culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed HSE best practices in all operations, analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, and liaise with regulatory bodies and certification agencies as required. Relevant experience in Steel Pipe Manufacturing - an advantage. Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, and Kaizen required. Experience in OFC renewals, JAFZA & Trakhees experience mandatory.
