Dextra India is Hiring: Deputy General Manager – Bar Systems

Job Description:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Lead and implement the overall sales strategy for Bar Systems in alignment with company objectives.
Achieve defined sales and margin targets through strategic prospecting and client engagement.
Market & Project Intelligence:
Track major construction projects in civil infrastructure, urban development, and maritime sectors across the DIN region.
Identify and prioritize projects with high sales potential and maintain an updated sales forecast and project pipeline.
Business Development:
Expand the network and market presence of Bar Systems products.
Identify new leads and conduct client visits to build relationships and generate opportunities.
Explore upgrade opportunities with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Client Engagement & Technical Support:
Organize and deliver impactful sales presentations to consultants and contractors.
Understand client needs and propose tailored technical and commercial solutions.
Aim to get Dextra products specified and/or selected for targeted projects.
Product Feedback & Development:
Provide client feedback to the Product Development team for continuous improvement.
Suggest new product developments and enhancements based on market insights.
Marketing & Promotion:
Define and propose marketing actions to support sales strategy within budget and brand guidelines.
Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Dextra products and services.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Consolidate and present monthly lead reviews and updates to the Direct Reporting Manager and General Manager.
Participate in internal sales meetings to validate strategy, refine tactics, and plan next steps.
