We are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager of Generation to join our company, which operates in the energy sector and is growing through innovative projects, to further strengthen our operations and work in accordance with our strategic vision.
Qualifications:

Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at a university (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering).

Minimum 15 years of experience in the energy sector, including at least 5 years in a manager role.

With experience in managing multiple power plants. (such as hydroelectric, wind and natural gas power plants)

In-depth knowledge of electricity generation processes and the operating principles of power plants.

Strong expertise in plant operations, maintenance processes, energy efficiency, and emerging technology trends.

Proven competencies in strategic planning, process management, and leadership.

Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
Job Description:

To lead the fulfillment of the requirements of the Quality, Environment, OHS, Energy, and Information Security Management Systems, as well as the Personal Data Protection Law, for all units reporting to the position, and to carry out the responsibilities defined for the role.

Directing, supporting and supervising the power plants in the Company's generation portfolio, which constitute the Company's main profit assets, in order to maximize technological, financial, commercial and managerial aspects in accordance with internationally accepted standards.

Researching, evaluating and managing the implementation of new projects in line with the Company's objectives.

Directing the company management on all necessary safety measures to prevent damages to the environment and third parties due to the operation of the power plants, and following up the necessary decisions

Monitoring the energy market and implementing the necessary technological, financial, commercial and managerial changes in power plants.

Directing, supporting and supervising Energy Services (ESCO) activities.

Measurement and evaluation of power plants within the framework of performance criteria.

Determination of market-compliant production targets for power plants.

Creating budgets for the targets.

Determination of training needs for Power Plant Operation and Maintenance activities in line with current technologies.

Manage new power plant investments, modernization projects and operational improvements.

Management of operational and technical teams, creation and implementation of staff development plans.
