Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across South India.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients in pharma, FMCG, and packaging industries.
  • Lead regional sales team, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market penetration.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
  • Drive participation in regional trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 12–18 years in capital equipment sales, preferably in press and packaging machinery.
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Skills: Strong technical understanding of packaging machinery.
  • Proven track record in B2B industrial sales.
  • Team leader & go getter
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
