Deputy Manager Costing

Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Costing Specialist to join our Finance team as Deputy Manager – Costing. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, hands-on experience in costing and budgeting, and a solid understanding of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly costing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial closing.
• Review costing journals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting, cost analysis, and project planning.
• Conduct product costing, variance analysis, and profitability reviews.
• Develop cost reports and provide actionable financial insights to management.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: ACCA, ICMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience in costing or financial analysis within the manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and SAP.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
