Deputy Manager- Costing

• Lead product costing, variance analysis, and performance monitoring across Adhesive, Foam, and Defense divisions.
• Standardize input/output ratios, wastage control, and utility consumption (steam, power, water, fuel, etc.).
• Perform order-wise and product-wise cost analysis and ensure accuracy of standard vs. actual costs.
• Develop and implement Bills of Materials (BOMs) in coordination with production departments.
• Drive process improvements through SAP, MIS coordination, and system optimization.
• Supervise monthly WIP & inventory stock takes, ensuring precision and accountability.
• Conduct time and labor efficiency studies to enhance productivity and reduce overheads.
• Support management in strategic cost planning and decision-making.

Job Specifications:

Education: MBA/MPA or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CMA / ACCA or equivalent professional certification preferred)

Experience: 5–6 years of proven experience in cost control, process costing, and financial analysis—preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, reporting, and system skills (SAP expertise a must).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
