Responsibilities

Monitor, standardize, and document Operational Excellence processes in line with certification standards and excellence frameworks adopted across GSG schools.

Analyze datasets (Survey, academic and operational KPIs) to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop insightful dashboards and management reports using tools such as Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.

Apply statistical tools and techniques using Minitab (including correlation, ANOVA, and trend analysis) to generate meaningful and reliable insights.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of Operational Excellence data, dashboards, and reports across all campuses.

Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of GSG CSAT survey processes, including survey design, analysis, and interpretation.

Maintain all certification, compliance, and Operational Excellence documentation, ensuring audit readiness at all times.

Assist in internal and external audits, assessments, site visits, and document reviews by providing data-backed insights and required documentation.

Continuously build knowledge in Operational Excellence frameworks, data analytics tools, reporting standards, and best practices.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the GCEE department and management from time to time.
