- Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment
- Confers with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations
- Handle escalation procedures and participate in rapid problem-solving
- Participate in product design reviews to ensure standardization and safety incident investigations
- Develop and execute process standardization and improvements in OEE, MA, and RTY through Kaizen, A3 projects, and TPM
- Collaborate closely with the TS team on APU and coordinate activities related to IATF16949 & ISO9001
- Align and execute STRAP & AOP processes
