Position: Deputy Manager – Internal Audit

Industry: Retail Fashion

We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Internal Audit to join our retail fashion organization. The ideal candidate should have strong internal audit exposure within retail operations, stores, and head office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits of retail stores, warehouses, and head office operations
• Review and evaluate internal controls, SOPs, and compliance across retail functions
• Perform risk assessments, audit planning, and reporting
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements
• Monitor implementation of audit observations and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with management and external auditors when required

Requirements:

• Part-qualified professional (ACCA / CA Inter / ACMA or equivalent)
• 3–6 years of internal audit experience, preferably in the retail fashion industry
• Strong understanding of retail processes (stores, inventory, POS, supply chain)
• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel for store audits as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
