Deputy Manager-IT

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of hospital IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and systems like EHR and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).
• Manage and supervise the IT team, including delegating tasks, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and conducting performance reviews.
• Assist the IT Manager in the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects to improve efficiency and meet hospital goals.
• Ensure the security of sensitive patient data and hospital systems and ensure all IT operations comply with relevant healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Act as a point of escalation for IT issues, helping to resolve problems and providing technical support to hospital staff.
• Liaise and coordinate with other hospital departments to understand their needs and ensure IT systems support their functions effectively.
• Assist in managing the IT budget, monitoring expenditures, and recommending cost-effective solutions.
• Contribute to the development of IT strategies and goals, supporting the IT Manager in aligning technology with the hospital's overall business objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
