-> Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Management, maintenance and security of all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols.
- Collaborate with all departments to deliver efficient and effective IT solutions.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends & recommend innovative solutions.
- Manage and maintain SAP connectivity via fiber and Internet.
- Perform IT software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Deploy and manage desktops/workstations, including file access, email, SAP, and proxy configuration.
- Handle client-side backup and recovery operations.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot DVRs, surveillance cameras, and related systems.
- Install and configure printers and ensure their proper functioning.
- Manage UPS systems and other IT peripherals to ensure availability and uptime.
- Install and troubleshoot FXA/FXO intercom systems.
- Install and support weighing bridges, monitors, and portable weighing scales.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot attendance machines.
- Deploy new workstations for new and existing users.
- Manage and configure wired and wireless network services.
-> Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of IT management experience, preferably in manufacturing or the textile sector.
- Strong knowledge of systems, network administration, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
