Live Support Specialist

Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire "Live Support Specialist" for it's Karachi office.

Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6

Working Hours: 9PM to 6AM Pakistan time (Night Shift), 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
As a Live Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key operational functions, including processing discounts and refunds, handling inventory audits, and facilitating various system transfers. You will support system maintenance, perform resets, and provide technical assistance to ensure efficient functionality.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing and auditing inventory processes.
• Overseeing product life cycles, including End of Life (EOL) and aging products.
• Processing refunds, discounts, and conducting financial reconciliations.
• Providing technical support for system-related issues, such as email resets and account access problems.
• Tracking shipments, monitoring open purchase orders, and resolving product-related disputes.
• Compiling and maintaining detailed reports on inventory, transactions, and operational performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proactive and able to solve problems efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
