Ensures periodic checks of input power conditions & analyze the same.Understands Nutrunners , Electrical and battery tools , gauging equipment , PC base equipment , Siemen systems , FANUC systems , Mazatrol systems , Bosch systems , BACKOFF systems, DOL , VFD , Intelligent Starter . Prepares troubleshooting guide for the same & ensures LOTO procedures implementation.Collates and updates monthly data related to MTTR, MTBF, PM, TBM , CBM ,IR , Lubrication Mgt., Kaizens / Pokayoke / MP Sheets , Energy and water mgt. Spares Mgt .
