Medanta is constantly growing its digital healthcare services, launched homecare and has also entered into ‘Out-of-hospital’ verticals by setting up lab services (outside hospital) & Pharmacy chains. We further plan to scale up our existing facilities, expand into few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues within Healthcare eco-system (Medical School)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Closely interface with Department Managers in Medanta Homecare team on manpower planning & budgeting (considering current scale of operations and growth plans), organizational charts, manpower cost (FTE/Contractual) etc. to ensure no deviation on approved numbers (cost & count)
  • Develops, and implement recruitment plan and then appropriately recruit to meet manpower requirements. Sources of recruitment to include all internal & external channels (i.e. direct, referral, online portals, campus, recruitment agencies, job fairs, internal references etc.)
  • Drive performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end appraisals. Partner with managers to ensure objective, fair, and developmental feedback. Create and implement performance improvement plans where required
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits. Ensure policies and practices are employee-friendly while being compliant with statutory requirements. Track and improve employee experience across touchpoints
  • Partner with business to identify capability gaps and design training calendars. Roll out technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs. Measure effectiveness of learning interventions and continuously improve outcomes
  • Develop and implement engagement programs to enhance morale and retention of employees. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers for conflict resolution and employee relations matters. Ensure smooth communication channels between management and employees
  • Use HR metrics (attrition, engagement scores, cost per hire, etc.) to guide decision making.


Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in service-oriented sectors (healthcare, home healthcare, hospitals, or allied industries).
  • Strong exposure to HR business partnering, manpower planning, performance management
  • Experience working with diverse and distributed workforce across multiple geographies.
