Deputy Manager-OHSE

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve the HSE Management System in line with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements at assigned factory locations.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and lost time accidents.
• Plan and conduct HSE trainings, toolbox talks and emergency drills to promote a strong safety culture and zero-incident objectives.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
• Maintain HSE records, prepare monthly/quarterly reports and support internal and external audits as per ISO standard

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in Environment Engineering or B.E Engineering.
• Experience: 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in a large scale manufacturing/ Engineering sector
