Responsibilities
Ensure implementation of QMS & FSMS (BRCGS 09 / HACCP / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / HALAL)
Develop and implement SOPs, work instructions, manuals, HSE policies & procedures
Lead internal audits (GMP, HACCP, HSE) & External Audits (Certifications, Customers & Regulatory Audits)
Lead QA/QC and HSE teams (Inspectors, lab analysts, safety officers) & conduct training on GMP. HACCP, Safety and Hygiene
Conduct supplier audits & approvals, manage & ensure compliance of raw materials specifications and product standards
Conduct trend analysis (customer complaints, lab data, audit findings, reduction in complaints, rejections and deviations)
Requirements for Deputy Manager QA
Education: Masters in Food Science / Microbiology / Chemistry or Food Technology
Having 6 to 8 years of experience
Must have prior experience of Spices / FMCG / Food Manufacturing
