HSE Officer

Minimum Qualifications: B.E/B Tech in Electrical/Mechanical engineering

Minimum Experience: 10 years’ post qualification experience in Modular technical buildings in Oil & Gas industry

Job-Specific Skills: Experience in Modular Building industries (oil and gas, petrochemical, etc.).

Design software’s

Design Optimisation

Knowledge in engineering Software preferred

Generic Skills: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office packages – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of related disciplines.

Familiarity with industry standards IEC/NEC/NFPA/BS

• Identify new business opportunities for FEED-detailed engineering in target markets (oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, etc.).
• Drive revenue growth by expanding the division’s portfolio of projects
• Propose economic solutions meeting the client/project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop proposals, bids, and presentations.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for engineering projects.
• Development of full-fledged team for the division
• Manage and mentor engineers, designers, and support staff.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet client requirements, codes, and standards.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and technology effectively.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per hour
