HSE Officer

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience in ADNOC/oil & gas projects.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements, UAE regulations, and project procedures.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions.
• Monitor PTW, Risk Assessments, JSA, Method Statements, and PPE compliance.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions.
• Monitor high-risk activities including lifting, work at height, hot work, excavation, and confined space.
• Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain HSE records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors, and ADNOC representatives.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and proper housekeeping at site.
• Qualification: NEBOSH/IOSH with relevant HSE experience; ADNOC project experience preferred.
